Your responsibilities in a nutshell

  • Your main goal: signing new customers!
  • Manage your entire sales-funnel from prospection to closing, by videoconference (90% of the time) or traveling anywhere in France (10% of the time).
  • Understand the business challenges of your prospects to bring them value throughout the sales cycle (analyze the prospect's needs, design concrete use cases of the solution, make demos of our product adapted to their needs).
  • Provide internal feedback both commercial as well technological to keep on delivering our promise as the next big thing in the market, but also challenge how we work and how to improve it continuously.
  • Ensure the reporting of your activities and your sales forecasts in our CRM (Hubspot) to allow you to assess your own performance and to support the structuring of the entire sales team.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Saas experience: You have extensive experience of successfully selling Software / SaaS to SMBs of at least 5 years. An experience within our industry is a real plus, however a good understanding of real estate industry is what we need.
  • Amazing sales "hunter": You have a desire, even an obsession, to identify new prospects, contacts and decision makers to expand the number of new logos. You are a real hunter. You can take your clients through the sales cycle at their own pace and aren't afraid to close deals!
  • Listening: You have a strong adaptability and listening skills.
  • Data-driven: You understand that selling is mathematics, and that looking closely to your ratio will allow you to perform better and to know where you can improve yourself even more.
  • Over achiever: You have consistently achieved and/or exceeded your sales goals and have a track record in closing 5 figure contracts - You are results oriented.
  • Excellent Communication: You know what to say (both internally and with clients) and more importantly, how to say it in both French and English (to discuss with the whole SweepBright team).
  • Team player: You know that selling is a team sport you have the desire to learn from others, the desire to share your know-how and your ideas to help the whole team grow.
  • Ambitious: Willing to go the extra mile with a strong work ethic - disciplined and resourceful. You thrive in a fast-paced, intellectually stimulating, ambitious work environment that is both benevolent and (very) exacting.
  • Your location: France (Lyon or Paris area).
