Account manager
Wanna join a Proptech company that rocks? We are looking for our Account manager to join the Customer Success department to make sure our main customers get the best of SweepBright!
Your responsibilities in a nutshell
- Your main goal: ensure the proper use of our solution by users, support and guarantee them the best experience throughout their customer journey after onboarding.
- Manage, develop and nurture a portfolio of customers by focusing on their business, their challenges and their needs (+20 users). Bring them added value through quarterly reviews and feedbacks from the market.
- Identify, design and deploy retention strategies.
- Maintain and develop the use of the solution and new features for our customers.
- Contribute to our product development by providing feedback from customers to the technical and product teams: you are the voice of the customer !
- Maintain a (very) high NPS, not by returning the ball internally, but by listening, training, framing, and supporting your clients.

Do you have what it takes?
- SaaS experience: You have a proven experience of at least 3 years in CS department of a SaaS BtoB company with SMBs clients. An experience within our industry is a real plus, however a good understanding of real estate industry is what we need.
- Communication skills & customer oriented : You have strong communication skills, empathy, and a real desire to help customers by supporting them in the use of SweepBright.
- Data-driven: You understand that to scale, understand our customers, and take the right decisions, we need to measure. You know how to set and use the right indicators to monitor and optimize all of your actions.
- Team player: You have a team spirit, the desire to learn from others, the desire to share your know-how and your ideas to help the whole team grow.
- Ambitious: Willing to go the extra mile with a strong work ethic - disciplined and resourceful. You thrive in a fast-paced, intellectually stimulating, ambitious work environment that is both benevolent and (very) exacting.
- You speak and write English, French, and (ideally) Dutch.
- Your location: Belgium (Brussels area) or France (Lyon area).
