In short, thanks to your great soft skills (e.g. empathy, patience, understanding, proactivity etc.) you will help customers achieve their desired outcome and grow with us!
Do you have what it takes?
- SaaS experience: You have at least one first experience in customer care team for a BtoB SaaS company with SMBs customers. An experience within our industry is a real plus, however a good understanding of real estate industry is what we need.
- Quick learner: You are curious and a quick learner, you have the ability to absorb a quantity of new information.
- Listening & Caring: You have a strong adaptability and listening skills to understand our customers needs and respond with the best solution for them. You have strong empathy skill, real desire to help customers.
- Excellent Communication: You know what to say (both internally and with our customers) and more importantly, how to say it in French and English at least, and in Dutch ideally.
- Team player: You have a team spirit, the desire to learn from others, the desire to share your know-how and your ideas to help the whole team grow.
- Ambitious: Willing to go the extra mile with a strong work ethic - disciplined and resourceful. You thrive in a fast-paced, intellectually stimulating, ambitious work environment that is both benevolent and (very) exacting
- Your location: Belgium (Brussels area) or France (Lyon area).
