Customer onboarding specialist
Wanna join a Proptech company that rocks? We are looking for our Customer Onboarding Specialist to join the onboarding team and help us on welcoming our new customers into SweepBright 🚀
Your responsibilities in a nutshell
- Your main goal: accompany our new customers until go live!
- Audit their business, understand their needs to optimize the implementation of our solution, and configure it for them.
- Manage transition from the previous real estate CRM solution of our customer into SweepBright, including managing data migration.
- Train our new customer users to get the more of SweepBright.
- Launch and ensure a smooth transition to the Account management team.
- Help us build the onboarding team and the processes.
- Troubleshoot issues reported by customers during the implementation process and provide solutions.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Do you have what it takes?
- SaaS experience: You have at least 2 years of experience in BtoB SaaS company with SMBs customers. An experience within our industry is a real plus, however a good understanding of real estate industry is what we need.
- Tech savvy: You have a strong technical understanding of web and mobile environments.
- Customer oriented: You have strong empathy skill, real desire to help customers by guiding through the discovery of SweepBright.
- Project manager: Organised, rigorous, you are used to manage many project simultaneously. You are problem solver.
- Excellent Communication: You know what to say (both internally and with our customers) and more importantly, how to say it in French and English, and ideally in Dutch.
- Team player: You have a team spirit, the desire to learn from others, the desire to share your know-how and your ideas to help the whole team grow.
- Ambitious: Willing to go the extra mile with a strong work ethic - disciplined and resourceful. You thrive in a fast-paced, intellectually stimulating, ambitious work environment that is both benevolent and (very) exacting.
- Your location: Belgium (Brussels area) or France (Lyon area).
