Your responsibilities in a nutshell

  • You will diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
  • You will analyse issues in order to develop and apply long term solutions
  • You will be working with the Customer Success team to identify and fix bugs
  • You will assist the data engineer in data migration
  • You will assist on technical communication to clients and be the first point of contact for technical communications between customer success and clients

Do you have what it takes?

  • You have 2 years of PHP experience.
  • You have working experience with AWS.
  • You have solid scripting knowledge (Python)
  • You have a solid understanding of version control (e.g. Git)
  • You write tests before you start fixing bugs
  • You are product and result oriented
  • Your English must be very good, both oral and written.
  • You have excellent communication skills
